About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
2. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
3. Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counsel managers on candidate selection, conduct and analyze exit interviews, and recommend changes
4. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
5. Ensure planning, monitoring with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors
6. Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
7. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
8. Cultivate professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
9. Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
