Human Resources (HR) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organising & conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates
2. Assisting hires via social media / networking
3. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
4. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled
5. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
6. Coordinating new hire orientations
7. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
8. Addressing queries and issues of workers when required
9. Reviewing and distributing company strategies in hard copies (e.g. notice boards, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website)
10. Assisting the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events
11. Coordinating new hire orientations
