This is a 6 months HR internship in a Google launchpad startup. The interns would be provided with 6K stipend on completion. You can extend for taking off for exams/emergencies. We are the only startup to receive USD 200,000 in platform credit from Google. We are looking for evidence of exceptional candidates who are hungry and hard working. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post new positions on websites and job boards
2. Assist with screening resumes and applications
3. Send offer and regret letters
4. Coordinate interviews
5. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g., employment forms and contact information)
6. Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
7. Collate and populate data of leads, contacts, potential opportunities into Zoho Recruit
8. Set and follow up on tasks/events/opportunities in Zoho One
9. Proofread HR documents
10. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
11. Connect and reach out to different organizations institutes and schools
