About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on all aspects of recruiting including creating job profiles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Work on negotiating and extending offers, follow-up till the candidate joins, and maintaining TA records
3. Report to relevant stakeholders
4. Communicate with hiring managers on best recruitment strategy and local labour market approach
5. Work on providing an incredible candidate experience
6. Promot the company's culture and values through different mediums to enhance the company's brand
7. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for quicker turnaround on the open positions
8. Work on cost optimization in sourcing methods (like internal referrals, direct sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels, etc.)
9. Handle full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and employee referrals

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per hiring ).
