As an HR-intern, you will play a dynamic role in supporting the recruitment and selection process at Winuall. You will be actively involved in hiring for various roles within the organization.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening quality profiles from various sources including portals, campuses, and social media
2. Developing a strong network to source profiles from various channels
3. Interviewing candidates to gather all the relevant information and suitability of candidates
4. Scheduling & coordinating for the interviews with line managers
5. Informing the candidates about the recruitment process outcome
6. Maintaining a recruitment database of all the candidates
7. Achieving set goals for positions closures as per the timelines

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 18th Oct'21 and 22nd Nov'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
The candidate will be working 6 days a week for the entire duration of the internship.
