About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the F&F processing for all the store employees- which includes coordinating with payroll team and stores on correct documentation and closing of the F&F
2. Managing the PF (manual) for the exited employees
3. Opening bank accounts for transfer or new joinees into our corporate office
4. Creating the PO and processing payments for the vendor
5. Serving as a point of contact for tracking any query related to PF, F&F, and gratuity
6. Coordinating with payroll team for salary cheques and if any issues related to the same (cheque misplaced, etc.)
7. Handling all the administrative tasks of our office including maintaining inventory, maintenance & repair of the equipment and appliances, cleanliness of the office through housekeeping staff, and coordinating for the utility bills

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
