About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call on the database and line up the candidates for the interview as per the process requirement
2. Plan expert outreach programs aimed at acquiring subject matter experts
3. Demonstrate the use of multiple channels in sourcing by attracting candidates through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc.
4. Meet established metrics for sourcing
5. Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
6. Schedule job interviews and assisting in the interview process
