About DeepThought Edutech Ventures Private Limited
DeepThought(DT) is a DeepTech product innovation company, dreams of transforming every school/college into an MIT/Harvard/IISER style research institution by 2030. Our SD LMS (Socratic Dialogue Learning Management System) is based on DT's Threadbuilding Technology. DT (SD LMS) helps product startups in grooming beginners for product-innovation roles.

Some of our early clients are Kringle.ai (loyalty programs), Growpital (AgriTech), and IPx (FinTech). In the long term, we'd like to serve schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions with a research and innovation culture. DT is funded by 5 school leaders, 3 parents, 3 technologists including Mr. S.Vishwanathan (former CPO, NIIT Technologies), Mr. Anup Kalbalia (former lead, CodeChef), and Dr. Jyothi Reddy (Director Education, The Shriram Universal School).

About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Observe the learning processes of software employees and document the observed phenomenon
2. Analyze the expectations of employers and identify the gaps between the employees and the expectations of the role
3. Bring in perspectives from humanities to decode human behavior and solutions to these learning and skilling challenges

The Humanities Fellowship brings in passionate humanities students into product brainstorming, to explore humanistic solutions for employee professional development. The idea is to decode the behavioral patterns and help people remain lifelong learners even after starting their careers.
