IMDS Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing the vehicle model BoM and differentiating in-house and purchased parts
2. Making purchased parts list and supplier contact person list for Email communication to suppliers for unreported parts of the BoM
3. Creating data internally in IMDS for in-house parts based on the part tree structure
4. Validating the incoming IMDS datasheets from Suppliers based on IMDS recommendation, reporting guidelines
5. Contacting suppliers of unreported parts and rejected parts for resubmission
6. Monitoring progress of tasks and update the tracker to show the status of the unreported/reported parts to customer
7. RRR calculation upon receiving data from suppliers and completion of in-house parts creation to align with Start of Production (SOP)
8. Reaching SVHC analysis for Vehicle model BoM
9. Working on any specific Substance of Concern (SoC) analysis for surveys pertaining to Regional or Global Environmental requirements
10. On-time delivery calculation for customers
