About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage large amounts of outbound calls (daily - 75 connected calls) in a professional manner to prob relevant questions to filter leads
2. Generate sales leads post asking basic probing questions and share leads with the sales team post filtration
3. Keep records of customer interactions on CRM
4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
5. Go the extra mile to enhance CX and get maximum revenue
6. Maintain call quality by adhering to all quality audit parameters
7. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
8. Handle call scenarios, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution

Note: 6 working days/week.
