1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
2. Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician
3. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals
4. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems
5. Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
6. Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Have an understanding of networks, servers, and infrastructure
9. Have an understanding of PRIs and SIP trunks for call center operations
10. Should have worked upon ITSM tools like Service now, Freshservice, etc.
