About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
3. Asking customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
4. Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
5. Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
6. Ensuring that all issues are properly logged
7. Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time
8. Following up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
9. Preparing accurate and timely reports
10. Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
11. Maintaining jovial relationships with clients

Added requirements

1. Should have 3+ years of work experience as an IT support engineer dealing with high volume and high availability applications

2. Should have a good command on Microsoft cloud services - MS Office 365 and Microsoft Azure

3. Should be able to handle MS security & compliance

4. Should have knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft ExchangeO365

5. Should have proven work experience as a technical support engineer, desktop support engineer, IT help desk technician, or in a similar role

6. Should have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

7. Should have familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

8. Should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills

9. Should have the ability to provide step-by-step technical help

10. Should be able to work in the night shift
