About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform data migration/ETL from previous ACADMiN version to a new version
2. Work closely with the development team and create a workflow of data migration
3. Provide existing clients functionality training of new ACADMiN portal
4. Create SRS and other documents related to software development
5. Obtain product training from our office about ACADMiN
6. Handle customer queries and complaints
7. Raise required tickets and seek closure
8. Train customers/clients on software usage
9. Perform data migration and other allied tasks as and when required
