We are looking for an IT intern who is proficient in Zoom Meetings and other live streaming software to facilitate the set-up and manage the meetings for our academy, the faculty, and the students.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide day-to-day IT support (local, remote) through email and instant messaging
2. Assist in IT needs for the staff or executive meetings
3. Monitor and maintain records of the Zoom meetings of faculty
4. Answer email queries, questions, and technical issues during/after the lectures
5. Start and stop Zoom Meeting recordings which will be uploaded to the cloud (the recording will be processed until the meeting concludes and will be available to the head of the department)
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Oct'20 and 16th Nov'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Excellent organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and communication
2. Strong knowledge and experience in life cycle management for Windows systems, MS-Office, Zoom Meetings, etc.
3. Knowledge in using Zoom video conferencing as a host
4. Be able to troubleshoot problems
5. Be able to multitask quickly within Zoom
6. Work with others virtually
