About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Configuring and maintaining the network computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications
2. Providing technical support to end users
3. Working on basic troubleshooting of printers, computers, and other devices
4. Installing and troubleshooting basic software and drivers
5. Network troubleshooting Wi-Fi routers and other network devices

Skillset required:

1. IT Background
2. Networking, Ethernet, and IP configuration
3. Knowledge of operating systems e.g Windows, Linux, etc.
4. Knowledge of computers and other hardware devices
5. Software distribution and patch
6. Basic troubleshooting skills
