As an Inside Sales intern at Malnad Stays Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. We are seeking a motivated and friendly Travel Advisor to assist customers in booking their ideal resorts and home stays. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure smooth booking experiences, all while meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in choosing and booking the right resorts or home stays based on their preferences, budget, and travel plans.
Provide detailed information about resort amenities, home stay options, and nearby attractions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets by promoting resort and home stay packages.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat bookings and customer satisfaction.
Process bookings, handle payments, and ensure all customer information is accurately entered.
Stay updated on the latest resort and home stay offerings, including new locations or special promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding bookings or accommodations.
Ensure promotional materials and online listings for resorts and home stays are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in travel, resorts, or hospitality.
Strong passion for travel and helping customers find the perfect vacation spot.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to meet sales goals and work well in a team.
