About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to callers. Address customer inquiries and offer relevant information.
3. Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
4. Call on leads to identify prospects and guide them through the qualification process to identify decision-makers.
5. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell products or services (75-80 outbound calls per day).
6. Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information and emails.
7. Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
8. Ensure consistent follow-up with customers.
9. Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs, and other materials.
10. Understand customer business requirements and respond to inquiries to resolve them.

1. The candidate must have strong communication skills.

2. The candidate must be a graduate.

3. The candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls.

4. As we are an API-driven company, you should either understand how applications are built using APIs or have a keen interest in learning.
