Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule property viewings.
2. Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media to provide information about our properties and services.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for sales campaigns and promotions.
6. Participating in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
7. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
