About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call cancer patients and guide them on cancer care and ZenOnco.io s offerings that can help them in their treatment journey
2. Explain the benefits of ZenOnco.io s offerings so that patients can subscribe to the services
3. Collect medical data from patients and forward it to the internal team for onward processing
4. Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure that they go for the service
5. Process mapping from case initiation to delivery of consultation
6. Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns
7. Coordinate with patient counselors to ensure a smooth transition of patients for a better experience
