About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate sales leads by connecting with the database of corporates for the target list of customers
2. Own cold outreach with potential customers to prospect for new business
3. Present company profile and offerings to incoming leads other prospects
4. Handle the discovery call with the customer to qualify and document requirements
5. Hand over qualified leads to sales representatives as appropriate with all the necessary details
6. Update the CRM application on a timely basis to input the necessary lead-related information and manage leads
7. Handle the logistics of the closing process including the contracting and onboarding of the client
8. Work alongside the sales team to meet various milestones and deadlines in the sales cycle
9. Maintain, develop relationships with customers through the project process
10. Stay knowledgeable about the company s products, solutions, experience, and expertise, and be available. to assist clients through email, phone, presentations, and in-person meetings, when necessary
11. Utilize market/company information to develop high-quality presentations directed to prospective clients & existing accounts to generate business
12. Work alongside the sales team to meet various milestones and deadlines in the sales cycle
13. Connect with sales leads, research about prospects & their needs
14. Search for contact details through databases and internet search
