About the internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls and emails to CXOs and decision-makers
2. Connect via LinkedIn and social platforms to drive interest and conversations
3. Qualify leads from databases, events, campaigns, and digital research
4. Schedule discovery calls and manage calendar coordination for the BD Manager
5. Maintain detailed records and follow-up actions in CRM systems
6. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
7. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality

Tools & Platforms You Should Know/Learn:

1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator
2. Utilize Lusha, ZoomInfo or similar lead-gen platforms
3. Operate CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce or equivalent
4. Work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th May'25 and 13th Jun'25

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements

1. Be a graduate (preferred), female, fluent in English, and comfortable making sales calls

2. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or outbound calling

3. Demonstrate energetic, persuasive, friendly, and self-motivated behavior

4. Exhibit strong communication skills – both written and spoken

5. Maintain attention to detail with good follow-through and organizational skills

6. Show a strong drive to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 350000 to 600000/year
