Inside Sales Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote a product or service
2. Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
3. Following a script or talking points to effectively communicate the benefits of the product or service being offered
4. Collecting customer information such as name, phone number, email, and address and maintaining it in the company's software
5. Maintaining accurate records of calls made and results obtained
6. Following up with customers or clients via phone or email to schedule appointments or close sales
7. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills
8. Conducting market research to gather information about competitors and market trends
9. Providing feedback to management on customer responses and market trends
10. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
