About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Getting issuance of documents for data entry and recording related to quality (deviation reports, change controls, risk assessment, etc.) and EHS management systems (work permits)
2. Reporting non-conformities, adherence, initiation, and implementation of the corrective/preventive actions as suggested by quality assurance
3. Getting issuance of documents for data entry and recording related to calibration and PM
4. Carrying out calibration (instruments: pressure, temperature, flow, UV, TOC, pH, conductivity, VOC, etc./preventive maintenance/predictive maintenance (PLC/DCS/MES control systems) activities as per schedule and guidance of superiors & procedures
5. Working on the preparation & execution of CSV of control systems /instrument qualification documents as per procedures & guidelines and handling online qualification software (ValGenesis, etc.)
6. Executing different types of maintenance & troubleshooting of instruments/control systems (PLC/DCS/MES) and their accessories in coordination with OEM/service provider
7. Ensuring all equipment (control systems) and instruments are operated and maintained as per the manufacturer s recommendation
8. Coordinating with contract services providers for the equipment (control systems) and instruments AMC/break down service
