Interior Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle client meetings and work on concept development
2. Understand client requirements and the interface between clients and departments within the organization
3. Brainstorm with the team to generate new solutions to client problems
4. Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
5. Manage time and workload that occurs with peaks and valleys of projects
6. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
7. Create renderings and presentations using various design tools including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
8. Create 3D renderings and walkthroughs using Enscape or Lumion
9. Work on the selection and consideration of building materials and finishes
10. Assist with drafting, project permitting, construction administration, including reviewing submittals and visiting project sites during construction
11. Oversee weekly operations of the Site and understand the technical requirements of the work (explain the same to others)
12. Prepare interim and final reports and submit them to the management
13. Enhance and establish an awareness of trends and developments in design, materials, techniques, and technology, through the sharing of your learnings and insights with team members
