1. Own customer experience during a project
2. Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
3. Own an end-to-end project lifecycle
4. Maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client
5. Create designs based on conversations with a client
6. Communicate regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback
7. Work on conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards, etc.), technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and civil works & services (specifications & installation details)
Requirements:
1. Graduation/relevant diploma
2. Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentations, and AutoCAD
3. Design expertise in conceptual design, tecnical design, modular design, civil works & services
4. Sales expertise in sales closure through a logical & trusted sales pitch
5. Result oriented, team-work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication skills
6. Willingness to learn, and ability to drive performance among independent team members
7. Excellent creative thinking skills

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per design).
