International Sales And Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating cold and warm calls to prospective leads
2. Scheduling and following through on calls with leads and current customers
3. Communicating with leads and customers via email
4. Answering all lead and customer questions accurately
5. Prioritizing and/or escalating lead and customer questions as needed
6. Performing cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers
7. Advising on appropriate purchase options
8. Promoting specific products as directed by upper management
9. Informing leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
10. Maintaining positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
11. Developing strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
12. Acting as a source and work customer referrals
13. Tracking all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
