About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries
2. Discuss every matter with its supervisors or team leaders to get any issue sorted
3. Give a resolution to the customers or clients
4. Provide customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
5. Set goals and work on them to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers

Added requirements

1. Should have proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role

2. Should have proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

3. Should have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

4. Should have the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

5. Should have excellent knowledge of English

6. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Should be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

8. Should have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
