About the internship
The person will be responsible for sales and achieving sales targets within an established geographic territory in the assigned segments.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with application teams, service teams, supply chain, marketing, and managing current customer base, penetration of existing customer base, creation of new customers, and expansion into new customer segments

Financial performance
1. Own and deliver financial performance for both direct & indirect business portfolio
2. Identify target end user accounts and create account plans accordingly.
3. Create and/or maintain Channel Partner specific business plans and set G&Os

Channel Partner Effectiveness
1. Analyze territories and maintain in conjunction with region leadership and marketing appropriate coverage models
4. Train channel partner sales force & coordinate with P&L product certification programs
5. Apply methodology to evaluate Channel Partner effectiveness
6. Share leads, manage opportunities and pipeline through SFDC.
7. Optimize channel partner portfolio; leverage synergies across GEHC
8. Embrace and implement Channel Partner management best practices Compliance

1. M Sc / M Tech / B Tech in Biotechnology

2. High ethics and integrity

3. Fluent English and local language speaking

4. Strong contracts, commercial & negotiation skills

5. Proven coordination and influencing skills to set and drive an agenda with third parties

6. Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs

7. Ability to build rapport, energize and influence people

8. Analytical with strong ability to assimilate complex data and simplify solutions Interpersonal flexibility and tolerance
