About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting Appeals & Petitions related to Commercial & Fiscal Laws.
2. Drafting responses to departmental queries, including those related to GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and SEBI.
3. Handling ROC compliance and statutory filings.
4. Preparing and filing documentation for mergers and demergers.
5. Assisting in the preparation of Private Equity (PE) investment documents.
