Investment Banking Analysis (CA Articleship) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market, and economy research
2. Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
3. Gathering data pertinent to the engagement through client interaction and site visits
4. Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing analysis
5. Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
6. Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications
7. Leading the quarterly & annual audit process by assisting internal & external auditors to ensure validity & legality of organizational financial records
8. Working on the preparation of weekly, monthly & yearly cash flow requirements & projections
9. Working on the preparation of sale projections at the starting of the year & reviewing it on monthly basis
10. Working on the preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly profit & loss and balance sheet
11. Working on the preparation & presentation of reports & information with regard to a project & project cost direct & indirect, P&L
12. Reviewing the financial & operational MIS prepared by the team to support effective decision making by the central financial planning team
