Investor Pitching Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing sales reports and financials, and comparing them to goals set out in short- and long-term plans
2. Searching the internet, phone and industry publications towards an on-going strategic information gathering initiative that fuels our business model
3. Contributing towards the fundamental sourcing and analysis of real estate assets that may be required by our advisory assignments or related to our direct investments
4. Assisting with the creation of analysis and content for client focused and general industry presentations
5. Preparing various financial analysis including, but not limited to, asset and portfolio level proformas, investor level return models and comparable rent/sale analyses
