IT Business Analysis Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the business needs of customers and translating them into the software requirement with the help of strong analytical skills
2. Liaising between technology teams, support teams, and business units
3. Planning and monitoring when the requirements are passed to the technical team (development, testing team and support team)
4. Differentiating in-scope and out of scope requirements
5. Thinking critically about the deliverables and plans for projects to ensure they align with the goals
6. Creating product backlog, sprint backlog, and writing detailed user stories & acceptance criteria
7. Ensuring communication flows timely and accurately across multiple project stakeholders
8. Carrying out both functional and data level testing
9. Managing multiple priorities in a calm and efficient way
10. Helping to define priorities for the business team considering business values and required execution efforts.
11. Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
