1. Work in a mixed Unix and Windows virtual environment managing cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and multiple cloud server instances
2. Configure and fine-tune cloud infrastructure systems
3. Install, configure, administer, manage virtual cloud instances (Aws, Azure)
4. Publish ISV Software products to Nebula Cloud Marketplace platform
5. Update products listing and technical support, prepare documentation
6. Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting
7. Establish Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to customer environments
8. Develop scripts for automating client/server functions
9. Monitor automated systems recovery solutions
10. Work on Terraform or similar scripting language for automation (preferred)
11. Work on ROR or Python programming (preferred)
12. Work directly over the telephone, emails and on helpdesk with customers to troubleshoot, and administer cloud products as required by the management
