IT & Cloud Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshooting and providing support on desktop computers, laserjet & barcode printers, and network assets like WiFi & internet
2. Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers & switches in the organization
3. Conducting level one (initial and immediate) repairs to physical equipment, operating systems, applications, and configurations that can be immediately addressed
4. Managing scheduled upgrades
5. Troubleshooting and managing email service, & emailing clients on the desktop and mobile platform for the organization
6. Troubleshooting and managing AWS cloud services of the organization
7. Troubleshooting and managing name & domain services
8. Inventorying technology assets and documenting deployments & changes in assignments of technology assets
9. Issuing new cell phones and wireless cards
10. Issuing replacement cell phones and wireless cards
11. Updating and maintaining documentation for all the above activities
