About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute the IT operations such as daily start and end of the day and checklist activities
2. Follow SOP and technical documentation as required to ensure support
3. Raise a ticket with internal tech teams for OS, DB, network-related activities
4. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues
5. Update the internal team about the resolution/status
6. Execute changes with approvals
7. Anticipate and address potential issues due to environmental parameters changes
