About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deploy and maintain application
2. Track and close issue raised by the client
3. Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
4. Act as the primary liaison between company and your customers
5. Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face meetings
6. Work with all internal groups such as engineering, product management and provide proper solutions to customers
7. Prepare accurate and timely reports
