IT Recruitment Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Screen and shortlist resumes during the first level of recruitment
2. Contact applicants, schedule interviews, and follow up as required
3. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
4. Contribute ideas for innovative activities to improve team bonding
5. Maintain accurate data of all HR and recruitment activities handled

Requirements:

1. Be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's in HR management or a related field
2. Possess excellent communication skills
3. Showcase strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
4. Collaborate and work effectively within a team
5. Proficient in using MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Demonstrate creative thinking abilities
