IT Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and posting job descriptions
2. Advertising & managing job openings on job portals and social media
3. Posting jobs on our job portal
4. Communicating with potential candidates
5. Sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals
6. Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
7. Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video call)
8. Maintaining detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations

Requirements:

1. English proficiency
2. Proficiency in using MS Office
