1. Configuring Linux, Windows & Mac laptops according to company standards
2. Troubleshooting hardware issues and installing new components
3. Reading and following installation instructions for in-house applications
4. Completing and submitting essential paperwork (audits, forms, checklists, etc.) according to company policies and procedures
5. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to account setup, network configuration, and application performance
6. Communicating with clients via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
7. Monitoring applications and reporting any outages to the concerned team

5. Availability for working from the office daily from Monday to Saturday.
