About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review and understand technical job requirements
2. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates by asking technical questions on Android and web development
3. Research and learn new technologies for new requirements
4. Manage end to end operations for organizing a recruitment drive
5. Prepare offer letters, certificates, and detailed job descriptions as required
6. Follow up and foster long-term relationships with candidates through email/phone
7. Prepare/evaluate relevant assignments/question papers to evaluate candidates
8. Recruiting interns for other profiles like project management, UI/UX design, and quality analyst
9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a web HR portal
9. Systematically organize candidate data into spreadsheets/online database for easy storage and convenient retrieval
10. Liasoning with TPOs across India
11. Software testing, marketing, and research

Skill(s) required: Java, Algorithms, Data Structures, C++ Programming, English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can preferably start the internship between 9th Nov'17 and 1st Dec'17
  3. are preferably available for duration of 6 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
  5. have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
Other requirements:
  1. Must be an IT or CS graduate with good programming skills & ability to coordinate/manage HR activities
  2. Must have a strong grasp on programming skills (algorithms and DS) so as to be at a higher level than the candidates
  3. Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong ability to connect to people
  4. Must be self-motivated, committed and a hard working individual
  5. Must be a team player
  6. Outstation candidates who can manage their own accommodation should only apply
