We are seeking a motivated and talented IT technical recruiter intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the hiring team to source, recruit, and hire top technical talent for our company. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles in the IT industry
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
3. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
4. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Skills & Requirements:
1. Pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in technical recruiting and the IT industry
3. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
6. Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or related field (preferred)
7. Knowledge of technical skills and experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, and IT administrators (preferred)
