1. Candidates from B.Tech or MCA background are preferred
2. Experience in software development will be an added advantage
3. Proficiency in UI technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS and web development concept, Java, JSP, Servlet etc.
4. Experience with IaaS solutions like AWS and MS Azure will be a plus
5. Experience with enterprise software processes CRM, ERM, etc.
6. Should be abreast with data structures (trees, maps, lists, arrays etc.) and basic algorithms (searching, sorting, finding, permutations and combination problems)
