Java Full Stack Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage in extensive involvement in developing, implementing, operating, and enhancing products (the candidate is accountable for the quality of the product delivered)
2. Implement the best practices of agile and DevSecOps to deliver quality products predictably and consistently
3. Evaluate functional/business and technical requirements and identifies gaps/risks, review proposed enhancements to validate the feasibility and assist with scoping and estimating work
4. Conduct development and testing activities using Agile and DevSecOps best practices
5. Follow defined development workflows and quality processes and creates the required design and development artifacts
6. Conduct peer reviews and parallel programming
7. Provide product support, product troubleshooting support, and resolves product issues and defects
8. Work in coordination with others, monitors and analyze production performance, while looking for ways to optimize and scale existing solutions
9. Monitor product and process metrics (such as speed of delivery, quality, usability) and implement process improvements and product enhancements
10. Promote knowledge sharing activities within and across different product teams by creating and engaging in communities of practice and through documentation, training, and mentoring
