About the internship

Selected candidate s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualizing, designing, sampling, and producing new jewellery collections
2. Identifying and managing vendors & manufacturers
3. Ensuring that the quality of samples/production is excellent and managing any quality issues
4. Ensuring category sale increases month on month and looking at sales channel expansion for the category
5. Coordinating with the creative team for shoots and banners for category promotions
6. Creating/uploading catalogue sheets on the website and external channels to take new products live
7. Maintaining category master sheets, replenishment cycles, sell-through, etc.
8. Figuring out vendors for category packaging, tags, etc.
9. Taking ownership of collection launches & growth of categories
10. Managing SPOC for category account management for external e-com channels

Who can apply

Added requirements

1. Must be a graduate from NIFT or any other design college

2. Must have a keen interest & understanding in Indian jewellery

3. Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills

4. Must be proactive and high on energy

5. Should be good at multitasking and should be ready to work in an intense startup environment

6. Must have a strong sense of fashion and minimal, clean aesthetics

7. Should be a team player & should be ready to take up new tasks

8. Candidates based out of Bangalore or those who can join immediately will be preferred
