About Centre For The Study Of Caste & Capitalism
The Centre For The Study Of Caste & Capitalism is a section 8 not-for-profit company, incorporated on 13th August 2015. It works with businesses large and small, private and public, to promote a just and sustainable economy in India in which all members and communities participate, benefit from, and contribute to.

The role of business, it believes, is to create and deliver products and services in a way that treats people fairly and justly; and, encourages market and policy frameworks that enable an inclusive future. It sees its role in catalyzing changes within businesses by integrating inclusive practices into strategy and operations and supply chains through consulting, research, and collaboration.

It strengthens the factors essential for the growth of entrepreneurship at the bottom of the class and caste pyramid, especially the SC-ST SME segment. It believes that entrepreneurship based on the plentiful skills that the Dalits possess is an important means to mainstream them.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carry out research and data collection, conduct analyses in a variety of fields, when required by the senior management
2. Conceptualize and prepare proposals, and presentations for public and private sector organizations
3. Work on independently leading tracks, developing, and implementing solutions/engagement delivery by executing the tasks that are part of the overall assignment
4. Work on project planning and budgeting
5. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives
6. Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met
7. Coordinate regularly with all stakeholders, and keep the project guidelines and requirements continuously in view
8. Work on proactively communicating project status, issues, and risks to management
9. Develop project plans, execute the project plans, coordinate projects, and complete projects on time and within budget
10. Collect and research data, user experience, and facts to complement data, and design workflows and procedures
11. Identify and resolve problems promptly
12. Develop alternative solutions

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per monthly basis ).
