About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshoot critical/major network incidents
2. Review/Execute major changes
3. Help L1 team & handle escalated cases from the L1 team
4. Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services
5. Work on wireless-related issues and identify areas of improvement
6. Monitor and guide l1 teams & define technology standardization processes
7. Prepare documentation & network diagrams
8. Participate in change review board meetings
9. Identify areas of improvement and SPOFs and propose changes
10. Work on report generation for CPU usage, memory usage, and bandwidth usage of the network device
11. Prepare MIS data for assigned, resolved, pending, transferred tickets
12. Coordinate with other teams for various support/issues
13. Work closely with onsite teams on various discussions, POC, and new technology evaluation
