About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing and executing test cases
2. Performing manual testing and analyze results
3. Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
4. Handling technical support queries from the client
5. Asking clients targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
6. Communicating with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat until they've solved a technical issue
7. Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
8. Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
9. Updating self-help documents so that the customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
