About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review and regularly assess the established business ethics, internal controls, implementing new approaches and standards as necessary to ensure effectiveness
2. Analyze the implications of industry, regulatory and other external factors and provide inputs
3. Provide ideas on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
4. Manage legal documents & contracts and ensure an effective system for archiving these documents
5. Handling similar and miscellaneous other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
