2. can start the internship between 24th Nov'21 and 29th Dec'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
I am a practicing company secretary and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I have been practicing since 2016, I practice mainly in the matters of Companies laws and procedure, LLP Act, company formation, keeping of statutory registers and records as prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013, issue of shares like a right issue, private placements, preferential issues, conversions of LLP into Private companies and vice versa.
