Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with searches patentability/FTO/invalidation/infringement
2. Work on paid databases for performing searches
3. Help associates in the drafting of patent applications provisional/non-provisional patent applications
4. Work on drafting responses to office actions/examination reports response
5. Work on developing strategies to respond to various objections & rejections in the examination reports/office action from various jurisdictions
7. Work on attending/assisting in hearings conducted by the Indian patent office
8. Work on drafting written submissions to the hearing attended
